2019 HCLS Library Master Plan

     The outcome of the Library Dream Sessions is included in Appendix B of the 2019 HCLS Facilities Master Plan Update.  Most attendees (34) indicated a desire for the downtown Clarksville location.  However, those interested in a Fulton library (50) were split into four separate locations.  

​     My recommendation is for Fulton residents to indicate our interest in a library (via my petition) and agree​​ that the location should be in the Fulton area, with preference for a location within a 10 mile radius of the four (4) Fulton schools.  My petition will be sent to Ms. Deb Jung, our Howard County Councilperson.
